Yes, you can live your best life!

A dream deferred

Posted on: September 27, 2015

At the beginning of 2015 many people wrote out or thought about all the things in which they wanted to accomplish. Working out more, eating less red meat, cooking more at home, blogging more, meeting new people all sounded great in January and February, but where has the momentum gone?

Many people try to pull the “I’m just too busy” card, but are you really that busy? “If only there were more hours in a day,” is another phase that people often use. If someone were to actually take an inventory of their day and how they spent every hour, most people I’m sure would say that they waste a lot of time on nonproductive things.

Being nonproductive could range from checking your e-mail every thirty minutes to being in Facebook or Instagram for countless hours checking people’s statues, which are more than likely irrevalant or false.

2015 is not yet over, there is still time to accomplish your dreams, goals and aspirations. Make today the day you change how you handle your time. Focus on what’s important and get to work. Don’t allow 2016 to come and you still haven’t put a dent in what you wrote down. True you may not complete everything, but at least try to get more than less done.

Your life has purpose. Live on purpose. Get going on your dreams. It’s those dreams that are in you that can only be accomplished by you.

Great stuff, this really helped me a lot. You should make that into a book title.
